The order form completed by the customer through the company's website does not correspond to invoice / purchase receipt. Regardless of how the order is placed and how the payment is made, the customer receives the invoice / receipt of the purchase of his order upon delivery of the product, within the package. The company maintains at its disposal a copy of each invoice / purchase receipt.

Vitaworld can serve customers throughout Greece and in the countries of the European Union.

Shipping costs vary depending on the type, size and weight of the items, the charge is displayed upon completion of your order.

Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days (usually the next business day, depending on the availability and availability of the product).

In case the product you ordered is out of stock then the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

The products that we bring to you upon order are sent to 5 - 7 working days after the first telephone communication for the price and the availability of the product.

The parcels are shipped through a courier company or by a transport company. We give you additional shipping methods so you can choose the best price. In case you choose delivery with the transport company and not the courier, and you are a resident of the province, the delivery takes place within the city limits of each prefecture. In case the customer wishes the shipment to be made by shipping of his own choice, he must select in the shipping method "Receipt from the store with my shipping" and in the comments to inform us about the shipping method in his own shipping. In case your area is considered inaccessible by transport, the charges may be different and we will contact you by phone to tell you the exact charge.

In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you in order to tell us if you wish to complete your order.

If you complete your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming that we have received your order.

You can pay for your order in 4 ways:

1. By Credit Card.

2. By depositing in a Bank Account of Vitaworld.

3. With Cash on Delivery.

For those who prefer the more traditional method, the products come through the courier company and you pay the price at the time of receipt. Cash on delivery is accepted for orders only by courier delivery and not by transport company. The cash on delivery service has an additional cost, which is stated when submitting your order and is included in the final total amount, given the collection fee charged by courier companies. In case you choose this method, your order will start to be prepared only after we contact you by phone. The cost of cash on delivery is 2.50 euros.

If, for any reason, you receive something that is not what you requested, we undertake to correct it immediately without charge.

Right of return

You have the right to return the products you ordered and received within 14 days. The products must be in the same condition as the ones you received together with their accompanying items (receipt, invoice, etc.). In this case alone, we will refund all your money.

Order cancellation

At Vitaworld we accept cancellation of an order free of charge for the customer if the order is canceled before shipping.

The merchant must return the money within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request. However, he may be late to return the money if he does not receive the products or proof of their return.
