Right of return
You have the right to return the products you ordered and received within 14 days. The products must be in the same condition as you received them with their accompanying (receipt, invoice, etc.). In this case only, we will refund all your money by deducting shipping and return costs. Returns for damage to the packaging of the bottle or carton as this occurs on shipments and does not affect the product; all of these are accepted by deducting shipping and return costs.
Order cancellation
At Vitaworld we accept the cancellation of a free of charge order for the customer if the order is canceled before shipment. In the event of cancellation after the shipment has been shipped before delivery, the customer will only be charged the shipping and full shipping costs.
Wholesale
Vitaworld Wholesale Billed Orders are not refundable.
